To search for litigants on cases filed after 1990, the public can perform a free search using the public terminals located in the Clerk's Office and perform the search using CM/ECF (Case Management/Electronic Case Filing system). Alternately, you may use the PACER case locator.
The court can perform a name search for the appropriate fee as listed in the Fee Schedule.
